Nigeria's Afcon 2013 squad: Who's on the plane and who's not.

US-based Bright Dike, who scored a stunning goal against Catalonia, has been omitted from Nigeria's squad for the Nations Cup.


The Portland Timbers striker made it past the penultimate cut, but couldn't quite clear the final hurdle.

Coach Stephen Keshi also had to omit midfielder Raheem Lawal who plays in Turkey.

Former England youth international Victor Moses is in the squad, the Chelsea player will make his debut at the African Cup of Nations in South Africa.

The Nigeria FA (NFF) has said no action will be taken against Shola Ameobi and Danny Shittu for opting out of the tournament.
